Credits are used to create event, each event costs 1 credit. When you register you will receive a free credit to create your first event, once this is used you can purchase more credits for more events.
We will sometimes run discounts on credits on our mailing list or social network platforms.
Please get in touch with us! We can refund credits to your account if an event is created but no on is invited yet - as soon as one person is invited to an event we can't refund it.
Once credits are issued we can't refund to cash but can refund credits back to your account. Credit purchases are final.
Once you invite someone if you have added a valid UK mobile phone number it will automatically send a SMS message with an invite to their phone number, due to the massive costs involved with sending SMS messages we will only send 1 SMS per person invited to the event. You can however send as many email invites as you would like (Please don't spam people!!).
